lahoregardens.com and the Lahore Gardens name and logo are owned and operated by Numaish-e-Sung, Queens Road, Mazang Chungi, Lahore, Pakistan (“Numaish-e-Sung”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or requesting a quotation you agree to these terms.
1. Quotations
All product requests submitted on lahoregardens.com are requests for quotation, not binding orders. Quotations are valid for 14 days and include product prices, delivery charges (if applicable) and estimated production time.
2. Confirmation & payment
An order is confirmed when the customer approves the quotation and pays a 50% advance. The balance is payable on delivery in Lahore or before dispatch to other cities. Accepted methods: bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa and cash (Lahore only).
3. Handmade products
Every piece is hand-cast in concrete and cement. Slight variations in colour, texture and surface (such as small air pockets) between pieces and from photos are natural and are not defects. Product photos are representative of style.
4. Delivery
We deliver all over Pakistan. Delivery charges are additional and depend on location, weight and site access. Delivery dates are estimates; we will keep you informed of any delay.
5. Damage in transit
Please inspect items on arrival and report any damage within 24 hours with photos. Damaged items will be repaired or replaced.
6. Cancellations
Because items are made to order, advances are non-refundable once production starts. Cancellations before production receive a full refund.
7. Intellectual property
All designs, photographs, text and the Lahore Gardens logo on this website belong to Numaish-e-Sung and may not be copied without written permission.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan; courts at Lahore shall have jurisdiction.
