Why don’t you show fixed prices?
Every piece is made to order, and the price depends on the size, colour, texture and quantity you choose. Instead of guessing, add items to your quote basket and submit — we send an exact quotation within 24 hours. “From” prices on products are a starting guide.
Do I need an account to request a quotation?
No. You can request a quotation as a guest — just give us your mobile number or email address (at least one) so we can send your quote. You can optionally create an account to track requests.
Do I pay anything when I submit a request?
No payment is taken online when you submit. Once you approve the quotation, a 50% advance (bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa) starts production; the balance is due on delivery in Lahore or before dispatch to other cities.
Do you deliver outside Lahore?
Yes — we operate all over Pakistan, including Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Karachi, Peshawar, Multan, Faisalabad, Quetta, AJK and Gilgit-Baltistan. Delivery is charged additionally based on your location; see the Delivery page for estimates.
How long does an order take?
Most pieces are ready in 2–5 weeks depending on size and design detail. Large fountains and courtyard pools may take 6–8 weeks. Your quotation includes the exact timeline.
Do fountains come with a pump?
Yes. All fountains include a suitable submersible pump. They recirculate water, so you only need a power point — no permanent water connection.
Can you make a custom size or copy a design from a photo?
Absolutely. Send us a photo or sketch with measurements on WhatsApp or via the Custom Orders page.
How do I care for concrete pieces outdoors?
Rinse with water and a soft brush, avoid acid cleaners, and re-apply a breathable sealer every 1–2 years. We offer an annual cleaning & sealing service in Lahore.
What colours and textures are available?
Six standard colours — Natural Grey, White Cement, Sand Beige, Terracotta Red, Charcoal Black and Antique Stone — in smooth, sandblasted, pebble-wash, rough stone-look or polished textures. We can also match a colour sample.
Can I visit your workshop?
Yes — our display yard is on Queens Road, Mazang Chungi, Lahore, Monday to Saturday 9 am – 7 pm. Please call ahead so a designer is available.
